Terms Of Service

 By booking the Services of Universal Wisdom Tarot (hereafter known as UWT), you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions and no reading will be performed without their acceptance.  You further certify that you are at least 18 years of age. 

 UWT does not perform yes/no readings, or readings that determine dates or timings.  UWT does not perform readings for 3rd parties that have not provided their permission. UWT will not make predictions of any kind. 

 For all readings, delivery timeframes exclude weekend days.

 UWT reserves the right to refuse to do a reading for a question that we feel we cannot answer, or violates our code of ethics.  If UWT decides to not proceed, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days of purchase.  For all other refund policy statements, please refer to the section below called Refunds & Reclamations.

 Payment

 Prices are in CAD.   All readings will be paid in advance, prior to the start of the reading.

 For event and party bookings a deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of the booking, and full payment is due on or immediately after the event, by e-transfer, credit card, cash, or PayPal.

 Cancellations

 Cancellations and reschedules require 48-hour advance notice for in-person or virtual (Zoom) appointments.  As regards, lateness, UWT will wait 15 minutes for a client to arrive before they are declared a missed appointment.  See refund policy below on missed appointments.

 Seven-day advance cancellation notice is required for event bookings otherwise the deposit will be forfeit.

 Refunds & Reclamations

 Once a reading has been started it cannot be refunded.  Additionally, there will be no refund for missed appointments for any in-person or virtual (Zoom) readings.  Please shop mindfully.  Liability Disclaimer

 All UWT readings are intuitive and are provided with the express intention of empowering others through the means of providing guidance only.  Clients are solely responsible for how they interpret readings and for all actions and decisions taken in regard to said guidance.

 UWT is not qualified to give medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice of any kind, and our Tarot readings do not replace advice of this nature. 

Confidentiality & Privacy

All readings will be held in confidence unless otherwise directed by the client via receipt of an approval to release information.

 All personal information will be stored securely. UWT will not share or sell data to any 3rd parties of any kind. Tarot readings will never be used for any commercial or training purposes.
