Our Code Of Ethics
UWT welcomes clients of all cultures, religions, spiritual paths, sexual orientations, and gender identity.
We serve the best interests of our clients with professionalism and integrity.
We maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and privacy and will not share client information without prior approval.
UWT will share what is seen in the Tarot cards with honesty, transparency, and with good intention and we will also advise clients what cannot be seen or interpreted.
UWT always provide readings with compassion and in a non-judgmental manner.
To protect the privacy of others, UWT will not read on a third party (e.g., “Does John really love Sally?”). Where possible, we will rephrase the question to focus the reading on what is directly related to the client.
UWT uses Tarot to empower its clients through guidance, but we will not make definitive predictions nor take away the free will of clients. UWT will not perform definitive yes/no readings, or readings that determine date or timings.
UWT clients are responsible for interpreting the guidance provided, and for all actions and decisions taken as a result.
UWT and its employees are not qualified to give medical, psychological, legal or financial advice of any kind and will advise clients to seek a professional in these areas as required.
UWT does not provide readings for anyone under the age of 18 unless approval is received by a parent or a legal guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse to do a reading for a question that we feel cannot be answered, or one that goes against this code of ethics.
